1996년 3월 18일 발매. 비틀즈의 미발표곡 및 미발표 버전을 담고 있는 Anthology 시리즈의 두 번째 앨범이다.
녹음일 기준 1965년부터 1968년까지의 노래들을 담고 있으며, 전작과 마찬가지로 신곡 " Real Love"가 실려 있다. 곡의 제작 방식은 " Free as a Bird"와 동일하다. 다만, 오리지널 스피드에서 5%을 올렸기 때문에 존의 목소리가 약간 어색하게 느껴진다고 평하는 사람들도 있다.
영국과 미국에서 모두 1위에 올랐으며, "Real Love" 싱글은 영국에서 4위, 미국에서 11위까지 올라갔다.
