We are the Organization for pornography and sexual exploitation survivors, (Abbreviation: PAPS) our association provides consultation supports on sexual exploitation and sexual violences, surveys and requests for correction of misconduct its business operators for the victims who reach us.
The inquirer of this information which is the female that was filmed in the video(s) noted below, did not agree to release of the said video(s). Thereby, the negotiation was conducted with the production compan(ies) and agency involved to prevent the sales of the video concerned and the destruction of the material.
The inquirer has her fundamental right not to have her portrait released in any shape or form without her expressed consent.
As mentioned, there was no consent given to releasing of the video concerned on your website, the fact that this video(s) is made available for access on the web is already an incriminating act - this is, in factual fact, an infringement of the inquirer’s portrait right.
We also request you to remove the image(s) belong to that video(s). Even the video(s) have been deleted from your website/server, if the image(s) haven't been deleted, they may appear on search engines.
Please remove all the links that we inform you below, so all the related information of the video(s) will not be appeared.
